Dear
Owner,
01/26/04
I am writing to thank
you, your company and your driver for unlocking my car without a charge
last Saturday. I was very frantic and had no idea what to to until the
police arrived and recommended your company. Your driver opened my car
quickly and then refused to accept payment. Thank you sooo much for
being there when people really need you.

Dear Bill's
Towing,

I am really impressed
with your offer (Tipsy Towing). This is great! You are doing your part
to save lives and that is priceless.
We lost a friend to a
drunk driver on December 17, 1993. We wish a program like this had been
available back then in San Antonio, Texas.
Keep up the good deeds.
Have a wonderful and prosperous New Year. Thanks!

Dear Bill's
Towing,
10/28/02
We were involved in an
accident on October 20th, and towed by your company.
Since we had decided to
have our Acura towed to your tow-yard, and have our insurance take care
of it, we had to call a neighbor to pick us up at the accident.
You driver (Alex) was
kind enough to stay with us, and let us stay warm in his truck until our
ride showed up.
After 20 minutes, we told
your driver he could leave us, but he refused to leave us out in the
cold, in the middle of the night. He waited 45 minutes for our ride to
arrive.
We feel Alex went out of
his way to help us out that night and just wanted to let you know how
much we appreciate his kindness, and your company for employing him.
Sincerly,
The Powec Family

We would like to thank you for your
generous donation of vehicles and the transporting of them to our fire
station for our training class.
Your generosity and kindness enables
us to give training classes to our volunteers that will help prepare them
for situations that may come up during an emergency.
Being able to practice on a real
vehicle is a definite plus in our training program and your donation made
that hands-on training possible.
Thank you again for all that you
have done for our department.
Sincerely

Dear Bill's
Towing,
07/17/01
We wanted to thank you, and your employee for helping us
repair our truck on Saturday July 14th.
We pulled into your shop with an overheated truck and your
driver went out of his way to help us out.
He not only pointed out the problem, but helped us repair
it, so we could continue our trip.
God bless you, and thanks again for being such a caring
company.
Sincerely,
Rick & Beth Dietrich

On behalf of Thurston County Fire District
#2, we would like to thank you for the use of the "wrecked"
vehicles on May 26th and June 2nd. We appreciate Alex O'Grady bringing the
vehicles over to the High School on these days as well as picking them up.
Your Commitment to the community is commendable. We hope that the DUI
demonstrations at the school will help the students make good choices. We
could not of done these demonstrations without your help. The feedback
from the school has been positive.
Again, we thank you for the time and effort
you put into helping us with this. We look forward to working with you in
the future.
Thank you,

Just wanted to express my gratitude for the
great service I received on New Years day. I can't thank you enough for
being open on a holiday, and your driver went out of his way to accommodate
my unusual situation, and even gave us a ride home after dropping off my
car. Thanks so much and god bless.

Dear Mr. Trull
I would like to take this opportunity to
thank your company and employees for the outstanding assistance they
provided the Fire Department on April 16th, at the accident scene on Clark
road. Your quick response and knowledge of the tow equipment assisted in
the safe rescue of the patient.
Please pass on a "Thank You" and
"Well Done" from the fire department and thank you for your
continued support of the volunteer fire department.
Sincerely

Dear Mr. Trull
Thank you for your recent donation of tires and mag
wheels, valued at $1035.00 to the DRUG ABUSE RESISTANCE EDUCATION program.
The local D.A.R.E. program is administered jointly by the Yelm Police
Department and Yelm Community Schools.
Community support from local businesses, service
organizations and individuals such as yourself will allow a specially
trained D.A.R.E. officer to spend time each week at Yelm elementary
schools. Your support will help equip this community's children, our most valuable
asset, with the knowledge and skills they need to resist peer pressure to
experiment with drugs.
Thank you for your generous support. It's a pleasure to be
part of a community that consistently demonstrates how much they care.
Sincerely,
Robert A. Sanders
Mayor, city of Yelm
